Hi, I'm Connor Lesman, owner and founder of C.L.E.A.T. Fitness!
As a player, I was a starter for the Colorado State Lacrosse Team, a member of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and currently play for Ireland Lacrosse.
As a coach, I’ve led from the sidelines as the former Head Coach of University of South Carolina Club Football Team as well as being the Defensive Coordinator for Oak Ridge High School JV Lacrosse — helping athletes grow into competitors and leaders.
As a trainer, I chose to focus on using functional movements that best relate to the needs of the athletes I work with.
My mission? To build better athletes and even better people through elite-level training, discipline, and purpose.
At C.L.E.A.T. not only do we work on making you a physically better athlete, but a better mental athlete as well. The fastest way to become great at anything we do, athletics or otherwise, is to have a championship mindset and work ethic.
Whether you are serving a tennis ball or throwing a pitch, one of the most essential things of an athletic movement is the ability to be explosive. C.L.E.A.T. Fitness focuses on movements in the weight room that improve strength and force in order to create the explosive, dynamic athlete.
Regardless of whether your sport is stationary, like golf, or requires continuous movement, such as soccer, it is vital to possess elite footwork and movement skills. C.L.E.A.T. will incorporate movements that increase your footwork to have your agility, mobility, and balance in top shape.
As athletes, we constantly need to be in tip-top shape in order to survive and thrive during all 4 quarters. Knowing this firsthand, C.L.E.A.T. has developed training methods to improve athletes’ conditioning to ensure that our clients are able to shine the brightest in the most crucial moments.
C.L.E.A.T. Fitness knows that a vital part of being an athlete is having great hand-eye coordination. Even in everyday life hand-eye coordination is an important skill to have. That’s why we have developed specific training drills that allow our athletes to quickly improve upon this necessary skill.
A 1-on-1 session with a coach dedicated to movements and training specific for development in your sport. (1 Hour)
A small group (2-3 people) will work with a coach and develop skills through both individual movements and teamwork exercises. (1 Hour)
A session at a local athletic field or court where a coach will incorporate your sport into on-field drills. Open to individuals or groups. (1 Hour and limited availability)
